The Ascent Trust

The Ascent Trust are a group of Academy schools based on the North East of England. I worked alongside JamJar studio on some of the 4 school logos and later updated the overarching Ascent Trust logo.

The focus of this project was to give each school its own discernible brand, while also tying them together and making it clear they existed as a collective. Each uses the same colour palette and typeface but the icon and identifiable feature always relates to the name of the academy.

At a later stage, Ascent wanted to adapt their overarching logo to bring it inline with the individual schools. The before and after transformation can be seen below.
